Angela Habeger

Founder & CEO, Angel Care LLC

Angela Habeger (formerly McGillivray) is the founder and CEO of Angel Care LLC, a Montana-based home care company built on compassion, integrity, faith, and a commitment to serving others with excellence.
Angela's story is one of restoration and purpose. More than a decade ago, she broke free from addiction and made the decision to completely change the direction of her life. Rather than allowing her past to define her, she turned that experience into a passion for helping others and devoted her energy to building a life centered on family, service, faith, and making a difference in her community.

In 2016, Angela founded Angel Care in Havre, Montana. What began as a vision to provide compassionate, dependable care has grown over the past ten years into a thriving organization with seven branches serving communities throughout Montana, including the Hi-Line, Great Falls, Helena and surrounding communities, the Flathead and Mission Valleys, Missoula, Butte, and additional surrounding areas.

Today, Angel Care serves hundreds of clients and employs a large dedicated team of caregivers, nurses, managers, and support staff. While Angela's personal experience with recovery has given her a special heart for people struggling with addiction, Angel Care maintains strict professional standards for those entrusted with the care of its clients. Caregivers undergo drug screening and criminal background checks through SafeTrack Solutions, and the company maintains firm policies regarding drug and alcohol use. Protecting clients—particularly seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and other vulnerable people entrusted to Angel Care—is a responsibility Angela and her leadership team take extremely seriously.

Angela's entrepreneurial journey has continued beyond Angel Care. She is also the co-owner with her husband Cory Habeger of Tail-Gators Restaurant in Havre and Angel Acres, a family-oriented farm and petting zoo that hosts birthdays, gatherings, company events, educational experiences, and an annual fall pumpkin patch.
Perhaps closest to Angela's heart is Angel Care Ministries, a Christian outreach focused on serving the lost, hurting, homeless, and those battling addiction. Through the ministry, Angela and her team provide food and necessities to people experiencing homelessness, participate in outreach efforts, and help individuals struggling with addiction find resources, restoration, hope, and a renewed sense of identity. Much of this outreach is financially supported through Angel Care.

Angela's Christian faith is at the center of her life and the foundation behind her desire to serve. She believes that her own restoration gave her a responsibility to reach back for others and that business can be used for far more than financial success—it can become a vehicle for changing lives.
Born in East Lansing, Michigan, and raised in Illinois, Angela has called Montana home for more than 20 years and is based in Havre. Beyond every business title or accomplishment, the roles she treasures most are those within her family. She is the proud mother of three children—one son and two daughters—and grandmother to four grandchildren: three grandsons and one granddaughter.

Ten years after opening Angel Care, Angela continues to lead with the same conviction that started it all: people matter, restoration is possible, and a life that has been changed can become a life that changes others.
